I'm Shauna
The Pleasure Atelier was born from a simple question:
Why are so many successful women starving for something they cannot name?
They've mastered responsibility, learned how to care for others, and are experts at carrying the weight.
What they haven't been taught is how to remain connected to themselves and fully alive while doing it.
My work explores that missing piece.
As a certified sexuality educator and intimacy coach, I create spaces where:
- Women can slow down enough to hear their own desires again.
- Pleasure is treated as intelligence.
- Intimacy becomes a pathway back to vitality.
- The goal is not self-improvement, but self-relationship.
This journey is about remembering the woman who was there before the world taught her to disconnect.

Practice Makes Pleasure
For years, I believed practice was a path to perfection and that discipline and effort would lead me to the version of myself I was meant to be for my family, work, and community.
But I began to see how that pursuit pulls so many of us away from ourselves. We become masters of achievement, fluent in holding it all together, yet quietly disconnected from what feels alive.
What I’ve learned is that our power and impact don't come from more control or discipline. It comes from coherence - from learning to hold the nuance and tension of the world while returning to what nourishes us.
Here's what's real: your sexuality was never meant to be another task. Your sexuality is an intelligent source of creativity, regenerative energy, and power. It's for you.
My work is devoted to those who lead with grace and give without measure. It's an invitation to practice pleasure as the most refined expression of personal power and collective love.
Power & Play is the refusal to accept the old binaries that pit joy against strength, softness against influence, or desire against discipline. Here, we learn to hold tension with surrender, hunger with restraint, and freedom with mutuality.
